Dead Grass 9-20

My mind rambles on about the brown grass in the yard and how it looks to be dead. I know from experience that if I continue to water it, it will eventually turn green again. The roots underneath the brown grass are still alive. That reminds me that during the struggles of my life, my outward appearance and feelings were brown but my roots were still alive, when my roots were grounded in the Word of God. All that is required is that I continue to water it with the Living Water and then my life will green up again. If I continue to apply the Living Water, soon I will need to trim my grass. The clippings from that cutting will die, decay, and become fertilizer for the remaining grass and also for the next generation of grass by God’s design.
