"Sin" a 4-letter word 6-24

Rise and shine. That is what Jesus would do, thank God He did! I want to breach the subject of that 4-letter word “sin”, most of which originates from our own flesh. My whole objective has been to reach out to family and friends who may be lukewarm, spiritually speaking. Just like the church gets quite whenever the word “sin” is taught, you may feel the desire to stop reading right about now. God’s word brings conviction of our sinful nature, which is just admitting we need help. As any former addict will attest, only then can the Word minister unto our souls. When did it become so taboo to discuss sin? What good is the power of the blood without sin? Is anyone old enough to remember the Blue Laws, when you could be punished for conducting nonessential business on a Sunday? It was dropped in consideration of Jews, Muslims and atheist, but has slowly crept into the Christian lifestyle. Sin brings depression, anxiety and unrest, Jesus brings peace of mind. Remember: But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
