Horses   7-21

This morning, my mind rambles on imagining I am a horse with a kind owner. In my dream, I see myself as a noble stead with bulging muscles and a shiny coat, even though, I know I am more like the donkey in the Shrek movies. My master provides for me a clean stall in a beautiful barn, all the oats and apples I can eat and visits me daily to brush my coat and talk to me. He is the only one that I will let ride me. We ride together through flowered fields and along trickling streams, up steep mountains and down lowly valleys. Sometimes, he just watches me as I run free around the ranch, showing off for him. I love my master because he loves me. Remember: God loves you, too.
