A.C.T.S. 6-28

Salutations ya’ll. I have added new friends recently so I should reiterate my rants and rambles are not always doctrinally perfect. If my thinking out loud causes anyone to open their bible to prove me wrong, I won. Last night the discussion was on prayer devotion. I recalled being taught A.C.T.S. to remember the proper order, with A=adoration; C=confession; T=thanksgiving and S=supplication. Notice supply comes last on the list. But any strictly regimented action can become vain religion if we are not cautious. In an emergency simply praying, “Lord, help me” has sufficed. Allow me to drop a mind bomb; God knows what you did before you did it. He has been patiently waiting for us to acknowledge it and ask forgiveness for it since we were born. Remember: The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Mind bomb 2 is one I struggle to comprehend, once reborn you are a righteous man.
